Elders
Our board of Elders is called the “Session,” and holds the responsibility for the decisions and policies that guide the church as well as the spiritual well-being of the church. The staff and elders work together as a team to provide guidance.

Deacons
The Deacons are called to be loving servants to the body of Christ. Their job is to facilitate a family quality among the congregation through a ministry of sympathy, encouragement, witness, and caregiving.
The primary means we have at Calvin for caring and loving one another is through small groups that meet in homes each week. Those who are not currently in a small group are cared for by the deacons. Deacons are also responsible for weekly communion.
